What is your return policy?

You are able to return an item within 14 days if the item has been delivered damaged. O.Robert&Co will also investigate upon evidence being received and will investigate further. We have the right to refuse refunds/returns at our discretion.

How do I check the status of an order placed?

You will receive a notification once your order has been placed. Once your item/s are shipped you will receive a tracking number so you can easily track the delivery status.

Where is my confirmation/dispatch email?

You will automatically receive a confirmation/dispatch email once item/s have been purchased. If you have not received one, please let us know.

Where can I buy O.Robert&Co Products?

You can buy O.Robert&Co products through the website. The candles will also be available with our stockists once Covid restrictions are lifted. More information on the stockists to follow.

Can you mail out samples on request?

We will have a sample box available for purchase, so you can get an idea on the scents we have to offer. However we do send out samples on request for potential collaborations and wholesale orders, please email: contact@orobertandco.com for information.

My favourite item is out of stock - when will it be back?

If the item is part of the Core Collection then they will be restocked on our restock day (every Sunday 7pm). If part of a seasonal or Limited Edition collection then unfortunately there is no guarantee the item will be restocked.

Does O.Robert&Co offer any discount codes?

Discount codes are offered for promotional purposes and these will be advertised through our social media channels.

Do you respond to Instagram DM's?

Yes we do respond to Instagram DM’s currently, if that changes we will let you know.
